Fun in the snow!!!

On Monday we decided to take a last minute trip up to Big Bear to visit my parents at their vacation house there. After the last big storm we had, Big Bear got hit with several feet of snow, so we decided to take advantage! As you'll see in the pictures, Mackenzie had a BLAST! She absolutely LOVED the snow and everything having to do with it--sledding, snowballs, etc...You'll also notice in the pictures that we weren't really "bundled up" for snow weather...that's because the weather was beautiful--about 55 degrees during the day. In fact, Bry is wearing a t-shirt in a few of the pictures and I think my Dad was even wearing a tank top! Only in California can you bask in the sun while playing in 3 feet of snow! Sledding with Daddy...Sledding to Kenz became known as "weeeeee..." When we would get to the bottom of the hill, she would ask for "more wee, more wee."

I love this picture...this was taken the first day we went out to play in the snow...it was a little bit later in the day and was a bit chilly out so we were more bundled.

My cousin Jerad was there for a day and he brought his bass guitar with him...Kenz of course wanted to play the guitar and thankfully Jerad was more than willing to let her. Thanks J! You can see how much fun she was having by the look on her face!
