First trip back...

Yesterday we took a trip to Disneyland with our friends, The Escalante's. It was our first time back after taking a hiatus for the summer. Our last trip wasn't the best (if you remember, Luke had a rough time and cried on all of the rides), but this time was much different. Both of the kids enjoyed themselves so much that we wound up staying until 9:00 last night! Kenz had her most memorable trip yet, visiting the Bibbidi Bobbidy Boutique for a hair and makeup makeover. As promised, I bought her a Cinderella dress and she wore it with pride for most of the day. Kenz was also lucky enough to participate in the parade dancing, as her and Ava had front row seats on the curb and were called out by the performers. To my surprise, she actually got a little shy and wasn't really into participating. Maybe next time. :) Luke really enjoyed himself, riding on all of the rides with excitement and seeing all there is to see. He took 3 naps (he hasn't done that in close to 6 months), and was a happy boy all day long. Thank you, Escafam for inviting us along...We had one of our BEST trips yet and we look forward to many more with you guys! In fact, we had so much fun we're going back again tomorrow! Yes, I'm crazy! :)
