water babies.

There is no doubt my kids LOVE the water. Beach, pool, sprinklers, bath tub...you name it, they're into it. We've spent quite a bit of time participating in all of said water activities this summer. I mean, really what else is there to do when it's 100 degrees outside...Yesterday we had made plans with some friends to go to the Aquatic Center for a couple of hours in the afternoon. It would have been our first time there, but it just wasn't meant to be. Just as we arrived, they turned us away saying there had been an "accident" in the pool (someone went potty-eww!), and that it would be about an hour before we could go in the water. We made a quick change of plans and ended up at our community pool. The kids were sad for about 2 minutes until they realized we were still going to be having fun in the water. We had a great time, despite not being able to play at the Aquatic Center. The kids all got along really well and  Lisa and I got to catch up.
